HOW IT WORKS:

 

STEP ONE:

Once your event is booked with us, you will receive an invite email with a link you can use to log-in to Nowsta - our scheduling system. Open your email and accept the invitation to activate your account and set your password.

STEP TWO:

Log into the client access portal by going to app.nowsta.com and then selecting the Time & Attendance page. 

 

From here, you can:

  1. Adjust the date range to display the events you prefer.

  2. Review and edit Wine and Dine staff hours

  3. And approve hours for invoicing

How to download and log-in to the Nowsta Workers app

STEP ONE: Downloading the Nowsta Workers app

iPhone or iPad Users:

  1. From your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.

  2. Search for Nowsta and select the Nowsta: Workers app.

  3. Download the app to your device.

 

Android Users:

  1. From your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play store app.

  2. Search for Nowsta and select the Nowsta: Workers app.

  3. Download the app to your device.

 

STEP TWO: Logging-In to the Nowsta Workers app

 

I already activated my Nowsta account

If you have already activated your account by email, you can log-in to the Nowsta app by entering your email and password. 

 

Not sure of your password?

Reset it using the Password Reset link in the app or on the web.

 

I haven't activated my Nowsta account

If you have not yet activated your account via email, you can tap Account Activation link in the bottom left.

You'll be prompted to enter your phone number and will receive a unique code via text message to activate your account.

How to check if push notifications are enabled on iPhone

Open up the Nowsta Workers app and select the More tab on the far right of the menu bar at the bottom of your screen.

 

Once in that section, scroll down to see if Push Notifications are enabled. If so, you're all set!

 

How to enable push notifications:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your phone

  2. Select Notifications 

  3.  Select Nowsta

  4.  Toggle Allow Notifications to enable push notifications

 

Once this has been completed, you will receive push notifications to your phone.

How to check if push notifications are enabled on Android.

To verify whether or not Push Notifications are enabled for your account, open up the Nowsta Workers App on your mobile device and select More on the bottom right side of the menu bar.

 

Once in that section, scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll be able to see if Push Notifications are enabled. If so, you're all good to go! 

 

How to enable push notifications:

  1. Go to your general Settings page for your specific phone

  2. Search for Nowsta using the search bar at the top of the page

  3. Select Nowsta

  4. Select Notifications

  5. Toggle "Show Notifications" on to enable push notifications  

 

Once this has been completed, you will receive push notifications to your phone.
